South Central Los Angeles Regional Center for Persons with Developmental Disabilities, Inc. (SCLARC) is a private, non-profit organization that is a comprehensive resource for evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, advocacy and support for people diagnosed with developmental disabilities.

At SCLARC they recognize that progress is unique to each individual’s needs.

All of the resources and programs offered by SCLARC work to enhance the quality of life, encourage functioning, and support integration in the community.

PHFE WIC, a program of Heluna Health, provides healthy food, nutrition education, breastfeeding support, and family resources to more than 200,000 women, children, and families in Southern California at no cost. If you’re pregnant, or a caretaker of a child under age five, you can get personalized support for you and your family.

Men can and are encouraged to participate in nutrition education, family nutrition counseling, shopping for WIC foods, and referrals to health care and other programs that may benefit their families.
